With almost three decades of experience and nearly 40 industry awards, Helen Ward is a recognised leader, educator, and international judge within the beauty industry.
I have been in the beauty industry for just over 2 years , I have my level 2 and 3 in beauty therapy. I trained In college but since working in the industry have completed extra courses e.g DMK program one , dermaplaning and extra lash courses.

I've been having regular gel nails and lash lifts + perms for a good few months now - Lexi is absolutely fab at explaining the procedure, is so so talented at nail art and my lashes last ages! She is never fazed with whatever design I come in wanting and always does it brilliantly - the pictures speak for themselves. We always have a great chat, the coffee is gorgeous and I leave feeling like a new person every time. The booking system is so easy to use and the salon regularly send updates on staff holidays or especially busy periods so that they can ensure their regular clients can get an appointment, anytime I've needed any appointments moving they have been brilliant at accommodating my request. The salon is decorated beautifully and all the staff are top-tier - Millie and Jo are always so lovely and welcoming when I walk in. This is my first time at Sirens and it was amazing! 🎉 I loved the way Helen did my eyebrows (waxing was also perfect!) and the place is lovely! 💖 So much so that, before leaving, I booked my next session and added eyelash tint and a facial! Loved it! 👏🏻

Amazing treatment at the salon. Everyone was friendly and accommodating when I arrived early. The salon itself was beautiful and done to a high standard. My waxer, Millie, was amazing! She easily made the experience comfortable and was really friendly while still being professional. Can't wait to return :)

I regularly use this salon for hair, nails, lashes and brows and am always happy with the treatments I receive. It’s a really welcoming and friendly place. But today was my first DMK facial. Wow! Lexi was so gentle and good at explaining every step of the process so that I felt totally relaxed. My skin is completely rejuvenated! Thrilled with my use at home pack too. Thank you for fabulous me time.

Helen was amazing. I have had my lashes done at many salons; this one is hands down the best, both in terms of the initial consultation (figuring out exactly the best fit for you) and application (the care and detail). Also friendly, welcoming - a pleasant environment all around. Cannot recommend highly enough.
