Frequently asked questions
Will deep tissue massage hurt?
Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and may involve some discomfort in areas of tension, but it should never be painful. Your therapist will always work within your comfort level and you should communicate your preferences throughout the session.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on the nature and duration of your muscle tension. Your therapist will advise on a recommended treatment plan during your initial appointment.
