Frequently Asked Questions
How is commission tracked?
Every approved affiliate gets a unique tracking link. When someone signs up through your link, the system automatically attributes it to you. You'll see every referral in your dashboard in real time.
What if someone signs up but doesn't use my link?
They must sign up through your tracking link for the commission to be attributed to you. We can't credit signups manually, even for warm introductions. This keeps things fair and avoids disputes between affiliates who may share contacts. Always send your link with every introduction.
When do I get paid?
Commission is paid monthly, by bank transfer, into a UK bank account. The minimum payout is £50. Anything below that rolls over to the next month.
Do I get paid forever?
You earn commission for as long as your referral keeps paying. If they cancel, commission stops from that point on.
What if a referral cancels or asks for a refund?
If they cancel, commission ends. If a refund is issued, the matching commission is deducted from your next payment.
Do I need to be in the industry myself?
No, but you need genuine connections to the people in it. We approve based on who you can introduce, not what role you have
Is there a minimum number of referrals I have to make?
No. There are no targets and no minimums. Introduce as many or as few as you like.
Can I promote on social media?
Yes. You can share your link on social, email, your blog, podcast, in person, anywhere honest and non-spammy. The only restriction is paid ads against our brand name.
Who owns the customer relationship?
We do. Once a referral signs up, they're our customer. You earn commission, but the relationship is between us and them.
