She has an impressive 11 titles from The Skin Games and is recognized as the 2023 Waxer of the Year. Born and raised in Bakersfield, CA Tori can always be found giving back to her community. She uses her large clientele and connections to other leaders in the industry to organize multiple fundraisers to help out where it matters most, home. Tara Whitaker is a licensed cosmetologist for 17 years and an esthetician for the last 8, with over 20 years of experience in the beauty profession. She has been a Platform Artist & Educator for numerous Professional products & brands. She proudly holds The Skin Games Best Leg Waxer Of the Year, Brazilian Wax Player of the Year, & Wax Artist of the Year titles for 2021-2022 and is the 2x Reigning #1 International Brazilian Wax Artist of the year for the Year 2021-2022 & 2022-2023. She has earned her spot as 1 of the Best Of The Best in the World of Waxing and is the owner of The Waxing Spa located in Jacksonville, Fl.

Julio is the proud owner of Wax Man Spa, a renowned establishment specializing in men’s waxing and skincare services in the vibrant city of Chicago. With over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, Julio is widely recognized as Chicago’s 1st Male Esthetician. Holding three professional licenses as a cosmetologist, esthetician, and educator, Julio is not only a Master Esthetician but also passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise with fellow estheticians. Training them in his proven methods for providing exceptional spa services is a true joy for him. Melissa Black is a highly experienced Master Aesthetician, Aesthetics Instructor, and PMU artist with over 30 years of experience in the industry. She is the owner of Bombshell® Salons and Candy Coat Beauty™, which have locations in Richmond, VA, Las Vegas, NV, and West Hollywood, CA. Melissa has dedicated her extensive knowledge to building brands and developing techniques with a proven track record of success in the world of Aesthetics and business. As a keynote speaker and frequent contributor to industry magazines, she is highly sought after for her expertise.

Melissa’s mastery of waxing and development of techniques has propelled the Bombshell brand to the apex of the field. Her partnership with key industry influencers and decades of customized spray tanning experience have also landed her in Hollywood as an official tanner and make-up artist for prestigious events such as Dancing with the Stars and the Oscars.

I began my journey in the beauty industry at the age of 14. I had the privilege of apprenticing under my aunt, who owned a salon at the time. During this time my true passion was ignited when I discovered my fascination for makeup artistry and the joy of making women feel and look beautiful. While I initially did not choose Brazilian waxing as my focus, it eventually became a significant part of my profession. I built a strong clientele base through skincare services, which is actually my favorite service to provide. Through my dedication and listening to my clients’ feedback, I developed my own unique waxing technique called “The Horse Shoe Method,” which has gained worldwide recognition and transformed many estheticians into successful entrepreneurs. Having trained over 300 fellow estheticians in my technique, I have been able to establish and run my own salon for the past 14 years, holding 7 trademarks, including the phrase “There’s A Brazilian Reasons to Get Wax’d.” Additionally, my YouTube channel reached an astounding one million views in a single day. As a pioneer in the industry, I also created the world’s first CBD hard wax, named Le Krewe Cire, and formulated an entire line of CBD-infused all-natural beauty products. My passion for sharing knowledge has led me to teach and travel globally. Furthermore, I am honored to serve several celebrity clients, which adds to the fulfillment of my career. Overall, I am proud of my achievements and continue to thrive in the beauty industry with three successful salons under my ownership. I work and live in Mobile Alabama, birthplace of Mardi Gras.

My name is Dalia Wagley and I am a Licensed Esthetician and Manicurist. I have been in this industry for over sixteen years and continue to find this work exciting and rewarding. I currently own businesses in this field and appreciate the hard work it takes to manage a successful business and a home life. I am the proud Mom of a sassy beautiful toddler who is the joy of my life.

Over the last sixteen years, I have developed a passion for hair removal and skin care. After attending cosmetology school, I opened my first Spa at the age of 22. Hair removal and skin care management have been one of my primary areas of focus to find the best hair removal method possible and refine the techniques used. As I have developed this expert knowledge, I found that the best way to share with other esthetic professionals this effective and gentle way of hair removal was to become an educator and consultant. I have been an Esthetics educator and consultant for the last twelve years. I find immense value and satisfaction in teaching others and certainly enjoy sharing my knowledge through social media platforms.

I consider my passion for esthetics as an investment in my client’s health that can last a lifetime. I take my work seriously and have spent countless hours working and collaborating with scientists and chemists to develop a gentle and effective ingrown hair serum, soaps, and other body products for my clientele. Hair removal and skincare are about using the best products and the right techniques. I take pride in keeping current with the latest trends in skincare and certainly product knowledge. It is essential that I invest in my knowledge so that I am able to provide exceptional care to all the clients I serve as well as the students I teach.
I am super excited to be a judge in the sugaring category and look forward to growing the sugaring category. I am eager to see what the contestants will present during the competition. I know that contestants have put in a lot of hard work, dedication, and commitment in preparing for this opportunity. Let us all make this competition as sweet as sugar!

Jarratt began her journey in cosmetology and esthetics after a stint in the world of nutrition research left her unfulfilled and longing for something different. A generous friend gave her the opportunity to just “get away” and reception at her salon while looking for another avenue of science, where she accidentally fell in love with the industry and never looked back. Her career began in cosmetology, offering hair services and waxing, but one experience with a sugarist in a neighboring salon left her begging to learn the technique. Since that fateful sugaring appointment, Jarratt completely shifted her focus to esthetics—sugaring and airbrush tanning—and took the risk of opening the first sugar hair removal salon in Louisiana in early 2015. To this day, Sugar & Bronze is the authority, with clients traveling hours and across state lines to be sugared by her incredibly knowledgeable and skilled staff.
After almost a decade in the industry and growing her salon to over 6000 clients, Jarratt shifted her focus once again to educating the community on the benefits of sugar hair removal and developing other esthetics professionals. She began educating in 2015 and became the Director of Education with Ke Kō Botanicals in May of 2020. Educating with the Ke Kō Ohana allowed her to travel the world and experience new cultures and challenges while sharing her passion. When the opportunity arose for Jarratt and her husband, Mike, to take over Ke Kō in 2022, they jumped at the opportunity to continue a legacy of sugaring excellence in education and product.
Her best advice? Go for it. Risks are scary, but on the other side comes either incredible success or invaluable lessons learned. And either experience will give you new tools to tackle the next great thing coming your way.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the treatment room, Rasheedah has established herself within the beauty industry as a Skin Therapist, Master Sugarist, and Cosmetic Formulator. She is the CEO and Founder of Naturals’Republic® and CaribbeanCandy® Professional Sugaring, a manufacturer and supplier of body sugaring products.
Her San Francisco Bay Area salon has been named “Best in the Bay” East of the Bridge by SF Magazine and “Best Sugaring Salon 2022” by Oakland Magazine and is undoubtedly a client favorite of Bay Area residents. During its inception stages, Rasheedah envisioned CaribbeanCandy® to be more than just the manufacturer and supplier of sugar paste, or even simply an educational resource. She envisioned it to be a catalyst that amplifies the careers of other tenacious beauty professionals. Through the launch of the CaribbeanCandy® Professional Body Sugaring Academy in Oakland, CA, she offers training/certification, employment opportunities, and business coaching to the community through her apprenticeship program.

Her philanthropic deeds in the form of tuition matches and scholarships to her Sugaring Academy also provide an opportunity to give back, which remains a core component of her business model. Both of her brands, CaribbeanCandy® Professional Sugaring and Naturals’Republic®, can be found in treatment rooms across the country, and distributed on select Caribbean islands.

Today, Rasheedah travels throughout the U.S. and internationally along with her team of certified educators to facilitate hands-on training for Day Spas, Salons, Cosmetology Schools, and licensed beauty professionals who wish to learn the art of body sugaring.

She is CEO and a founder of Savvy Certification, a recognized sugaring certificate program reviewed and endorsed by CIDESCO International; Additionally, offering comprehensive marketing support and resources to assist in amplifying the success of beauty school partners and online students.

Previously, Aimee had founded SugarMe Esthetics, a spa in Sweden that quickly grew into a top-rated destination for advanced skin treatments. She also co-founded Savvy Sugaring and Sugaring Canada, two regional distributors specializing in hybrid education models and premium products.

With a global mandate, Aimee has been distinguished as a sugaring guru, leading esthetician, and dedicated leader, managing a team of high-performing educators who instruct at cosmetology schools and private practices. Her achievements are underpinned by a commitment to continual learning, as evidenced by her multiple certifications and status as a licensed esthetician.

Amber Franklin is a skilled Master Esthetician and Master Sugarist, based in Washington State, boasting nearly two decades of expertise in the field. Her journey began in 2004 when she became certified in the intricate art of Professional Body Sugaring, a skill that quickly became her passion. In 2005, she transitioned into the role of an instructor, sharing her knowledge and love for Sugaring with aspiring professionals.

Recognizing the need for standardized education in Sugaring, Amber took it upon herself to design a comprehensive Sugaring Certification curriculum and authored the accompanying manual, which has since become a staple in Esthetic Schools across Washington State. Her dedication to advancing the craft of Body Sugaring has led her to work closely with students and Esthetic schools, empowering them to excel in the art of hair removal.

Throughout her career, Amber has certified over 2000 students across the United States, cementing her reputation as a leading figure in Sugaring education. As the co-owner of Legend Aesthetic, the largest distributor of Sugar of the Nile paste and products in the US, she continues to champion Sugaring education and excellence in the Esthetic industry.

In her role as the US National Educator for Sugar of the Nile, Amber is committed to nurturing both new and experienced Sugarists, guiding them to achieve mastery in their craft.
