Andrea was born and raised in Colorado, and is the owner of AM Aesthetics in Denver, CO.  With 13 years practicing in esthetics, Andrea has an enormous passion for empowering women.  Through her business, beauty enhancing treatments are offered, including permanent makeup, laser, and physician-grade skin care treatments.  Along with running her business,  Andrea is a business coach with Pretty Rich Bosses/Sheila Bella assisting beauty entrepreneurs all over the world with building their beauty businesses.  AM Aesthetics regularly volunteers facial & hair days at a local organization, the Women’s Bean Project, employing chronically unemployed women.  Having been a previous player with the Skin Games, and now serving as a judge the 4 previous years, Andrea is excited to see and learn what 2024 players are bringing to the games!

Karla has been in the health and beauty industry for almost 20 years. For fifteen years she was co-owner of an award-winning, internationally published salon and frequently featured in “Ask the Expert” columns of various magazines. While hair is what led her into the beauty industry, her passion for permanent makeup and skincare led her to found Microblading Bay Area. She is an educator, LPC, PMU artist and aesthetic nurse whose passion is in skin and hair rejuvenation. A firm believer that learning never stops, Karla is always seeking to expand and improve her knowledge while also helping others expand their skill set.

Jaclyn Peresetsky founded Skin Perfect Spas in 2007, Colore Me Perfect in 2010 and Skin Perfect Academy in 2019.  She is an accomplished color expert, makeup and permanent makeup artist, master esthetician, author, and speaker.   She is certified as a national micropigmentation instructor to certify professionals who would like to learn the craft of permanent makeup and microblading.  She mentors and coaches’ estheticians and cosmetologists all over the country in advanced esthetics, eyelash treatments and color theory.  She recently developed an online advanced esthetic bootcamp training program to raise the bar of esthetic training.  Jaclyn is featured on Good Day Columbus on Fox 28 in Columbus, Ohio and Spectrum News.

She is a keynote speaker and delivers live trainings for spa and color industry professionals at national conferences like the International Congress of Esthetics and Spa and Spa and International Esthetics, Cosmetics & Spa Conference.

Sherah Juarez is a certified micropigmentologist with 20+ years of experience, and owner of Ink Boutique Houston. She specializes in 3D areola tattoos, which provide realistic looking nipples and areolas to predominately breast cancer survivors. This service can also benefit individuals who have lost their nipples to reconstructive surgery. Sherah works in Houston at 7 major hospitals in 28 doctor’s offices. During her career, she has tattooed over 20,000 nipples. Sherah hosts in-person paramedical trainings at her facility at Lake Livingston, but she also offers a wide range of paramedical training courses available online. Sherah loves to travel to conferences where she is able to educate attendees while sharing her passion with others.
