Skin Peels and Mesotherapy
Chemical Exfoliation (Peels)
Who It's For
Ideal for clients wanting to improve pigmentation, uneven tone, congestion, fine lines, dullness or overall skin quality and hydration. Strength and approach are matched to your skin at consultation, including options for sensitive skin.
Expected Results
Brighter, smoother, more even and radiant skin, with progressive improvement in pigmentation, texture and clarity over a recommended course of treatments.
Pre-care Advice
Stop retinoids and strong actives 5–7 days before, and avoid sun exposure, sunbeds and waxing beforehand. A patch test and consultation are carried out before your first treatment. Advise your therapist of any medication such as Roaccutane.
After-care Advice
Avoid makeup, active skincare, heat, saunas, swimming and exercise for 24–48 hours, and do not pick any flaking. Keep skin hydrated and apply a broad-spectrum SPF daily to protect the new skin and maintain results.
Downtime & Recovery
Minimal downtime — some redness on the day and light flaking over the following days depending on strength. Most clients continue as normal with diligent SPF.
Contraindications
Please Read Carefully Before Booking This Treatment.
Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on active cold sores, infections, eczema, sunburn or broken skin, or while using Roaccutane. Recent sun exposure and certain conditions may require postponement. All assessed at consultation.
Side Effects & Risks
Temporary redness, tightness, mild tingling and light flaking or shedding are normal in the days after a peel. Mesotherapy may leave small, temporary injection marks. All risks are discussed at consultation.
