Where is The Nail Group located?

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes. The Nail Group operates by appointment only. Walk-ins are not guaranteed, and pre-booking is strongly recommended so the team can dedicate the right time and care to your treatment. You can book easily online via the website at any time.
Are the nail technicians qualified?
Yes. All technicians at The Nail Group are qualified and trained to TNG methods and standards. The team has over 40 years of combined experience in the nail and fashion industries.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. When booking, there is an opportunity to share any medical conditions, skin conditions or allergies so the team can advise appropriately and ensure your treatment is safe and suitable for you.
Can clients under 16 have nail enhancements?
The Nail Group does not encourage gel polish, acrylics or nail enhancements for clients under 16. In some cases, with full written and verbal consent from a parent or legal guardian, and a signed consent form, an exception may be considered. ID may be requested.
How often should I book nail maintenance appointments?
The Nail Group recommends booking maintenance appointments every 2 to 3 weeks, depending on your nail growth rate, lifestyle and personal preference.
Do I need a patch test before lash or brow tinting?
Yes. A patch test is required at least 24 hours before any eyelash or eyebrow tinting, lash lifting or lamination treatment. The patch test must be carried out at The Nail Group salon using their products. A patch test completed elsewhere is not valid, and once done it remains valid for 6 months unless there are any medical changes.
How long do eyelash extensions last?
Infill appointments are recommended every 3 weeks (up to 21 days) to maintain your eyelash extensions. Anything over 3 weeks is considered a full set appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?
The Nail Group accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay for your convenience.
What is your cancellation policy?
At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a non-refundable fee of £20 per scheduled service, or the full service price if lower. No-shows are charged the full service cost.
