Where is Chell's Beauty by the Sea located?

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, all treatments are by appointment only. You can book online, or get in touch to arrange your visit. A free consultation is also available in person or online via Google Meet or FaceTime to help you decide on the best treatment for your needs.
Is Michelle fully qualified?
Yes. Michelle holds a Level 2 Diploma in Nail and Beauty Therapy and a range of specialist qualifications including E-file, Structure Gel, Warm Wax Diploma, Eyelash and Eyebrow Tinting Diploma, Indian Head Massage and CPR. She continually invests in additional training to keep her skills up to date.
What nail brands are used at the salon?
The salon uses the Magpie gel manicure system for colour and structure gel services, the IBX nail treatment system for strengthening and repair, and the Dadi range for luxury manicures. All treatments are applied over natural nails — no acrylics are used.
What skincare brand is used for facials?
All facials use the Tropic skincare range, known for its organic and ethically sourced ingredients. Products are individually selected and prescribed following a detailed skin consultation.
What pedicure system is used?
Chell's Beauty by the Sea uses the Footlogix® Pediceutical® system — the world's first and only pediceutical foot care line. Every pedicure is custom prescribed to your individual skin condition and foot care needs.
Is this salon suitable for people who have never had beauty treatments before?
Absolutely. The salon has been created as a relaxed, welcoming, come-as-you-are space. There is no need to dress up or wear makeup. Michelle's goal is to make every client feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
Can I book a consultation before committing to a treatment?
Yes, Michelle offers a free consultation to help you decide on the best treatment. This can be carried out in person at the salon or online via Google Meet or FaceTime, whichever is most convenient for you.
How long do gel manicures and structured gel nails last?
Gel manicures typically last two to four weeks. Structured gel sets also last two to four weeks, after which an infill appointment is recommended. If more than four weeks have passed since your last appointment, a full new set will be required.
