Volume lashes are a form of semi-permanent eyelash extension in which several very fine, lightweight synthetic lashes are fanned out and attached to a single natural lash using a specialist adhesive. This differs from classic extensions, where one extension is applied to one natural lash. Because each fan can hold anywhere from two to more than ten ultra-light lashes, the finished look is fuller, darker and more dramatic, though a skilled technician can also create softer, more natural effects by adjusting the fan size, curl, length and diameter to suit your eye shape and lash health.
