Great Centre to practice my therapies. Very easy to book a room and extremely helpful and accommodating management. The environment is calm and peaceful and very clean. Rooms are beautifully prepared for therapists when they arrive.

I am incredibly grateful to the team at the Light Centre for their support during a recent filming project exploring the role of Ayurveda in supporting women with endometriosis. Wonderful centre, great atmosphere, spacious class room, all clean, comfortable changing rooms. I had a yoga class with Valentina which was one of my best yoga classes, thank you! It was an ideal combination of slow and ambient though strong practice, feel connected with my body after a several months without the practice 🧘‍♀️
