Debbie has been in the Health and Wellness industry for 40 years, so has a wealth of experience of working with people from all different walks of life. Her background is originally Beauty Therapy and Complementary therapies, she has run her own salons and clinics before training as a teacher and has worked in large colleges of further education and then on to own her own private training school and clinical practice.
Debbie is a mentor to others in the wellness industry and runs a Women in business networking group supporting women juggling work, life and family.
She has a natural rapport with people and specialises in treating her clients holistically and believes in treating a person holistically, mind body and spirit. She believes the key to all health and wellbeing is having the right mindset.
Debbie has years of experience running different types of business models within the Therapy and Wellness industry. She is also a key executive and founder of a family run retail company.
Her passion and strengths are to educate and empower women to achieve their goals and create the life they want through her training and one to one mindset coaching.
Debbie is mum to Amy and has two young grandchildren as well as fur mum to both cats and dogs.
