About WorldSkills Australia National Championships 2027 Adelaide
WorldSkills Australia National Championships 2027 runs 3 to 6 June at Adelaide Showground. Watch young hairdressers, barbers and beauty therapists compete. Free entry.
The WorldSkills Australia National Championships and Skills Show 2027 takes place from 3 to 6 June 2027 at Adelaide Showground in South Australia. Held every two years, it is the country's top skills contest for young trainees and apprentices.
The event covers 67 skill categories across six sectors. The Social and Personal Services sector includes Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy and Barbering, with VETiS contests in Hairdressing and Makeup Services. It suits students, apprentices, trainers, salon owners and anyone looking at a career in hair and beauty.
Entry is free for visitors. The show sits alongside the Adelaide Careers and Employment Expo, and visitor and school registration is done through the expo website.
