The M1 championship
The championship has three classes. M1 Battles are 10-minute performances in three nominations: Facial massage (female), 4 hands massage and Freestyle. Anyone can enter M1 Battles regardless of experience, but members of the WMF judging panel may not take part. M1 Legends are 3 to 5 minute freestyle performances open only to members of the WMF judging panel. M1 Stars are individual 3 to 5 minute freestyle performances to the competitor's own music, where stretching combined with massage techniques earns extra points, oil is compulsory and tools are not allowed.
