The Global Makeup Awards is a UK-run, internationally recognised beauty awards programme now in its 8th edition. It celebrates excellence and innovation across makeup, skincare, haircare, wellness, beauty tech, and male grooming categories. The programme attracts over 700 brand entries annually from around the world, with past winners including L'Oreal, REVOLUTION, FOREO, and MUA.
The organisation operates three distinct awards: the Global Makeup Awards (flagship), the Global Green Beauty Awards (celebrating sustainable beauty), and the Universal Beauty Awards. Products are evaluated by a confidential panel of industry beauty experts, with product efficacy as the primary judging criterion. There is no public voting. Winners receive digital certificates, winner badges, website mentions with backlinks, and optional perspex trophies.
