About BXL Barber Expo 2027 Mobile
BXL Barber Expo, Sat 9 Jan 2027 in Mobile, Alabama: barber battles, education, vendors and the Blades & Beats night event.
The BXL Barber Expo is a barbering event on the US Gulf Coast, taking place on Saturday 9 January 2027 in Mobile, Alabama. The organiser promotes it as the Gulf Coast's biggest barbering event, built around the culture, craft and community of barbering, and describes a full day of barber education, industry connections, competition and culture.
The daytime expo is held at Bishop State Community College, Southwest Campus, 925 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, AL 36605. General admission gives full-day access to the expo floor, live competitions including a precision and quality fade battle and professional battles, the vendor marketplace and educational sessions and demos. VIP adds priority seating, a VIP viewing area, a meet and greet with judges and competitors and a VIP swag item.
The day ends with Blades & Beats, a nighttime barber battle and takeover from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM, included with both ticket types. A student showcase, the Next Gen Showcase, lets barber students compete for professional tool kits and scholarship opportunities, and the organiser also takes registrations from competitors, vendors and sponsors.
