Be+Well Las Vegas 2027 (formerly IBS)

Be+Well Las Vegas 2027 runs Saturday 12 to Monday 14 June 2027 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109. It is the new name for the International Beauty Show (IBS) and IECSC Las Vegas.

The show is built for hair, beauty, esthetics, spa and wellness pros. The organisers list 13,000+ attendees, 400+ exhibiting brands, 30+ speakers, 60+ conference sessions and 140+ free product classes.

2027 ticket prices are not yet published. In 2026, a one day expo pass was 99 US dollars, a three day expo pass 119, the Premium Pass 319 and the VIP Pass 459. Sign up on the event website to hear when 2027 registration opens. Be+Well is run by Questex.

International visitors

Be+Well Las Vegas 2027 (formerly IBS) attracts brands, distributors and professionals from around the world. If you are travelling from outside the United States, start planning early.

• Check your entry requirements. Many visitors from Visa Waiver Program countries can travel with an approved ESTA. Everyone else needs a visitor visa, which usually includes an interview at a US embassy or consulate. The US Department of State visitor visa pages explain what applies to you.
• Allow plenty of time. Interview waiting times for US visas can be long in some countries, so apply as early as you can.
• Ask the organiser for an invitation letter. If you need a visa, a letter from Questex, publisher of American Salon and American Spa confirming your registration can support your application. Contact them through their official website.
• Book only through the official website. Register and buy tickets through the organiser directly, so you know your booking is genuine.
