Pre-care and after-care
Pre-care advice
Come with your hair in its natural state and bring photos of looks you love. For colour, a patch test may be needed at least 48 hours before, and let us know your colour history and any recent treatments.
After-care advice
Use colour-safe, professional products, avoid washing colour for 48 hours where advised, and protect your hair from excessive heat. We will recommend the right home-care and K18 routine to maintain your results.

Safety, risks and contraindications
Contraindications
A patch test is required before colour services, and colour may be adapted or declined over a sensitive or reactive scalp. Please tell us about allergies, medications or any previous reactions to colour.
Side effects and risks
Rarely, colour can cause scalp sensitivity or a reaction, which patch testing helps prevent. Any concerns are discussed at consultation.
