The Skin Trainer

Jodi Holland founded The Skin Trainer in 2020 with a vision of empowering people to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin, with a distinct focus on incorporating a Well-Being focus to the experience to enable a Holistic approach to Skin Health.

I am able to treat people living with cancer, pregnant, nursing and menopausal women with the multi award winning Dermatologist created Meder Beauty Science brand, which utilises innovative skin identical ingredients such as growth factors and plant stem cells, prebiotics and probiotics for optimum skin health and restoration.

It soon became apparent that clients were benefitting from the Wellness and Mind-Body approach to my work, as much as they were from their Skin treatments, resulting in numerous reviews and feedback from clients commenting on huge shifts in their Mental Health and Well-Being, feeling lighter, happier and better able to face to the daily stresses of life.

Seeing more and more daily overwhelm, hormonal stress and exhaustion, this prompted a new direction in clinic offerings.

I then went on to add to my 25 years of Skin, Health and Beauty knowledge and gain further qualifications in Hormonal Wellness, Trauma Recovery, Healing and Talk Therapy. To enable me to offer a more empowering and energising experience for my clients, providing the tools to create Self Wellness and Healing, enabling them to shift from survival mode, to thriving mode.
