Reda's Beauty & Aesthetics is a private aesthetics clinic in Yiewsley, West Drayton (Hillingdon, close to Uxbridge, Iver and Heathrow), founded by Reda Pilipaviciene, an Advanced Clinical Aesthetician and Cosmetologist with more than 25 years in the industry. Reda was selected as a judge for The Skin Games International 2025/26 and treats clients from across West London and Buckinghamshire.
The clinic's approach is skin longevity: prevention valued as much as correction, and no "one treatment fits all". Every journey begins with a bespoke consultation and AI-powered skin and scalp analysis, so treatment plans are built on clinical assessment rather than assumptions. Consultations are never rushed.
Treatments
Facials and skin rejuvenation: Reda's Beauty Bespoke Facial, the Longevity Care Facial, dermaplaning and carbon peels. Advanced skin treatments: DP4 Dermapen medical microneedling, microneedling with exosomes, professional chemical peels (including mandelic and azelaic), mesotherapy for face, neck and décolleté, and Celluma LED light therapy. Cryotherapy for skin tags, age spots and other benign lesions. Body: the Signature Lymphatic Body Reset (vacuum lymphatic drainage with pressotherapy) and pressotherapy. Scalp and hair: Japanese Head Spa, Hair Restoration & Scalp Health, and hair restoration microneedling with exosomes.
Qualifications and training
NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy and a Cosmetology Diploma, with Level 4 qualifications in Advanced Skin Treatments covering Microneedling, Chemical Peels and Laser & IPL. Further professional training in cryotherapy, electrolysis for skin imperfections, fibroblast skin tightening, mesotherapy, radio frequency, ultrasound, LED light therapy, exosome therapies and advanced scalp and hair restoration. Reda works with Dermapen, Celluma, Janssen Cosmetics, ZEMITS and HYPO21.
