Who it's for
Ideal for anyone with breakout-prone, inflamed, sensitive or dull skin, or wanting to support healing and radiance. Suitable for most skin types and often combined with other treatments for enhanced results.
Expected results
Calmer, clearer, more radiant skin with reduced inflammation and support for healing. Results build with a regular course, and LED enhances the benefits of other skin treatments.
Pre-care and after-care
Pre-care advice
Arrive with clean skin free of makeup where possible, and avoid photosensitising products or medications where relevant — mention any at consultation. No special preparation is otherwise needed.
After-care advice
Follow your usual prescribed home care and apply SPF. There are no restrictions after LED, and you can continue your day as normal.
No downtime — LED is relaxing and you can return to normal activities immediately, with makeup if desired.
Safety, risks and contraindications
Contraindications
Not suitable for those taking photosensitising medication, with epilepsy, or with certain light-sensitive conditions. Any contraindications are assessed at consultation.
Side effects and risks
LED is very gentle and low risk. Occasionally mild, temporary warmth or redness can occur and settles quickly.
