Holistic Wellbeing With Nicola

Hi, I’m Nicola, married and mum of two, and love everything connected to wellbeing and holistic therapies. I live in Hullbridge, Essex where I have a natural wood log cabin which is my sanctuary for treatments, meditation and women’s circles and believe it is a safe, warm, comfy, and welcoming environment.

I have personally been receiving complementary therapies since I was 15 years old which I found supported me through different stages in my life even during pregnancy. So I naturally explored training into the field of Holistic Therapies and now offer a range of treatments to support ladies.

I believe that the therapies I offer have had a positive effect on my own wellbeing and want others to be able to experience it for themselves. I am a fully trained and insured Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Reiki, and Crystal Healing Practitioner including pregnancy treatments. I love to help women of all ages feel relaxed, restored and rebalanced on an emotional, physical and spiritual level to aid wellbeing.

In 2019 I started to stock items that I loved and wanted to purchase myself. This was due to not being able to find a local shop to go and view items before purchasing so I purchased a few items for myself first to check the quality before buying items into sell. So now through my log cabin and online shop I sell Oracle Cards, Crystals, Himalayan Salt Lamps, mugs and much more.

During the consultation I would assess and discuss your requirements and establish the best way to tailor your treatment to meet your needs. We would also discuss any allergies so I know what products are best for your skin type. I try to use natural products or vegan products wherever possible.
