Hi, I'm Lyndsey...
Hi, and thank you for taking the time to look on my website. I'm Lyndsey and I qualified as a Beauty Therapist in 1998 after having undertaken a full time college course covering all aspects of Beauty Therapy, Swedish Body Massage, Skincare, Anatomy and Physiology and Electrotherapy face and body treatments including Electrolysis.
I gained an NVQ Level 2&3 in Beauty Therapy and completed further training over the years in advanced skin treatments Level 4 and VTCT advanced electrolysis Level 4.
I started my career within a small local salon and, soon after, went to join the cruise ships working in their on board Spas. After a few years and eager to be back on land again I began working for a prestigious health spa, as well as a day spa and a laser clinic amongst other salon settings.
Over the years I gained valuable knowledge and training within the beauty industry. Learning some of the most intricate and indulgent spa and skincare techniques and training with many different skincare brands. I found a passion for skin.
Skin truly fascinates me and I take it upon myself to learn as much as I possibly can about the functions of the skin and the best products and treatments out there to help with certain conditions and get your skin in the best health it has ever been.

I was lucky enough to be a case study while Lyndsey was doing her training for the oncology facial. My skin since chemo has been awful but Lyndsey was so gentle and the facial and environment were so relaxing. I will definitely be booking in again and would highly recommend this treatment for anyone going through or having been through chemo or any cancer treatment.

I've had a couple skin tags removed here and have found the process very professional. Facilities are well set up yet homely. Lyndsey talked me through everything so I knew exactly what to expect with the treatment.

I visited Lyndsey at Empower Skin Therapy last week and I have to say it was one of the best facials I ever had! I felt relaxed and very well looked after. Lyndsey was extremely professional and attentive. My skin felt so soft and glowing afterwards. I am sure I will be back for more!
