Who it's for
Ideal for anyone wanting healthier, brighter, more balanced skin — including concerns such as congestion, dullness, uneven texture, fine lines or dehydration. A consultation matches the facial and any add-ons to your skin type and goals.
Expected results
Cleaner, brighter, smoother and more refreshed skin. With a regular course and add-ons such as microdermabrasion or radio frequency, expect improved tone, texture and clarity over time.
Pre-care and after-care
Pre-care advice
Avoid retinoids, acids and strong actives for a few days beforehand, and avoid sunbeds and excessive sun exposure. Arrive with clean skin where possible and let Beena know of any recent treatments or skin sensitivities.
After-care advice
Keep skin clean and hydrated and apply a broad-spectrum SPF daily. Avoid heat treatments, saunas, swimming, makeup and active skincare for 24 hours, and follow the homecare advice Beena provides.
Little to no downtime for most facials — you can return to your day straight away, with active add-ons occasionally leaving skin pink for a few hours.
Safety, risks and contraindications
Contraindications
Not suitable on active skin infections, cold sores, sunburn or broken skin. Some medications, recent aesthetic procedures, pacemakers (for microcurrent/radio frequency/galvanic) and skin conditions may require adaptation. All assessed at consultation.
Side effects and risks
Mild, temporary redness or warmth can occur and usually settles within a few hours. More active add-ons may cause slight flaking as the skin renews.
