Sleep Consultant

A sleep consultant, sometimes called a sleep coach or sleep practitioner, works with you to improve sleep through education, gentle behaviour change and a personalised plan. The two most common areas are infant and child sleep, where a consultant supports tired parents with routines and settling approaches, and adult sleep coaching, which often draws on the principles behind cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) and good sleep hygiene.
