Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is best understood as a hair-removal and surface-exfoliation treatment. Using a sterile surgical blade held at a shallow angle against taut skin, a trained practitioner gently sweeps away the fine, soft "vellus" hair often called peach fuzz, along with the very top layer of dead skin cells. The result is smoother skin with less visible fuzz, a temporary glow, and a clean, even surface that makeup and skincare sit on more evenly.
