Biography
Assessor/IQA /IEPA /PGCE
I STARTED MY CAREER AS A fulltime college student at the age of 16 and my passion and creativity continued to grow from becoming an Artistic Director at Browns salon to becoming CEO of salons in the UK and abroad . This is where my passion for teaching my skills developed and soon I was studying the regulated teaching qualifications and working in new college Durham as a tutor on the level 2 and 3 hairdressing NVQ courses.
I quickly graduated with the PGCE and continued to gain experience within the education sector and working at LCBT , Thurrock and Basildon college. My passion is supporting and nurturing growth in others , especially industry professionals who I can relate to .
I now work as a end point assessor for the hairdressing qualifications . I am constantly looking for new ways to grow in my knowledge and expand by opening up qualifications that are generic and bringing them to our industries with easy to understand vocabulary.
I am an advocate for regulated qualifications and transparency and as a provider I specialise in delivering the regulated teaching qualifications for the skills sectors ,I have simplified the content making the qualifications easy to understand .I believe Hair and beauty professionals are truly unique ,and have so much to offer with the in-depth knowledge and skills they have in their industry field .
Becoming a Qualified Educator is the next step to reach your full potential and continue to grow.
