Biography
I am the principal tutor and owner of Olive Training. I have over 20 plus years experience of teaching and industry experience in the sector, and in the past spent many years heading up hair and beauty departments in the further education colleges. I also support other training centres in raising standards and carry out quality assurance activities for them on a regular basis, this includes private training centres but also large academies across the South of England.. I hold a BSc Hons Degree in Education and Training, Teaching, Assessors, Internal and External Verifiers qualifications including a diverse and wide range of industry specialist qualifications. My passion is quality and in the past I have held roles that have allowed me to work with large college teams to help them get a Grade 1 OFSTED rating.
