Carol's journey in beauty and holistic wellness began in 1993, when she qualified in Beauty and Holistic Therapies. Starting as a beauty therapist in an established salon, she quickly rose to the position of manager, gaining a reputation for her expertise, professionalism, and exceptional client care.

For 12 years, she shared her knowledge and passion as an educator in higher education, inspiring and mentoring the next generation of beauty therapists.

In 2015, she fulfilled her long-held dream by opening Tranquil Beauty Lounge - now a multi award-winning salon. Here, she combines decades of professional experience with a calm, welcoming environment, offering treatments that not only deliver outstanding results but also restore balance to the mind, body and soul.

Every detail of the Tranquil Beauty Lounge reflects her belief in creating a true sanctuary - somewhere clients can escape the everyday and leave feeling renewed, refreshed and beautifully cared for.
