15-PLUS years as an active, vocal lash artist and educator has taught me so very much about mentorship, advocacy, product innovations and giving personal support to lash artists. Travelling the world as a judge, keynote speaker and educator, I am thrilled to meet so many who also wish to raise the standards of safety, embrace innovation and share the expertise that will elevate us all. We are part of a beauty renaissance, paving the way for a new generation of professional lash artists and educators who will learn mastership and surpass expectations. As soon as I learned lash extensions in 2006, I was enchanted by the work. By 2007, I launched Lash FX® and began teaching others. In 2010 I closed The Lash Loft at Gilbert Bodyworks and began my online academy, doing webinars, videos and online bootcamps. My lash career has gone by quickly; each year bringing industry growth, new educational opportunities and advancement in concepts and techniques. I am thrilled to be on this amazing ride with you, and to see what discoveries we’ll make on the road ahead.

One of the founder’s for International Glam Institute here in the Bay Area.  This will grow our community with so many more artists to support the fashion world with their love of artistry.

As a CA State licensed cosmetologist (also a Board member for CA Cosmetology Association) with over 30+ years of professional cosmetologist experience. Worked with various name brands and products for multiple years, mastering the art of makeup and hair. Utilizing my extensive expertise with color and skin theory enables me to achieve the highest prestigious caliber work for my clients. I have had the privilege of working with notable companies in both the e-commerce space and their campaigns. Supporting the Paul Mitchell Academy in San Jose as a backup educator, teaching up-coming and veteran artists alike on how to artistically apply products to satisfy their clients.

Starting in late 2000, I have had a passion for the Lash Industry and continued to strengthen my lash knowledge & skills which compliments my Hair & Makeup business quite well. I served with various Lash organizations and presently on the Board of Advisors for National Lash Artists (NALA).

Crystal Alcaraz is a seasoned lash artist with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. In 2020, she founded Three Eleven Beauty, a professional supply line, providing high-quality lash extensions and supplies to artists nationwide.

As an educator, mentor, and speaker, Crystal is passionate about elevating industry standards while inspiring beauty professionals to grow both in skill and in business. Her commitment to sharing knowledge and fostering community has made her a trusted voice in the lash industry.

Through Three Eleven Beauty, Crystal continues to provide exceptional services, professional training, and mentorship programs that help lash artists build confidence, refine their craft, and create sustainable success in their careers.

For 13 years, Tussanee and her husband, Paul, successfully operated Integrity Lash, a premier seven-figure lash salon in Southern California. Under their leadership, Integrity Lash earned recognition from Vanity Fair, Los Angeles Magazine, Pasadena Magazine, Pasadena Weekly, Brides.com, and other publications as one of Southern California’s top salons. Additionally, Salon Today honored Integrity Lash as one of the Top 200 salons in North America for four consecutive years.

Beyond their success in salon management, Tussanee and Paul are the hosts of LashCast, a top-rated beauty podcast with over 2.5 million downloads. Through their platform, they educate and inspire lash professionals, providing valuable insights on both artistry and business growth.

In 2019, they founded LASHCON, a premier business-focused conference for lash professionals. Over the past six years, more than 4,500 lash artists have attended the event to gain expertise in marketing, branding, and business development.

Tussanee recently joined TAD Beauty as a consultant, bringing her extensive experience in sales and marketing to help drive the brand’s success.

Jolita Shishmanova is a highly accomplished lash and brow artist, renowned for her exceptional skills and expertise in the field. Having received numerous awards, she has won top placements in prestigious championships both in America and across Europe, securing her position as a true pioneer in the industry.
Jolita’s passion for sharing her knowledge and experience has led her to become a sought-after speaker and judge at various lash conferences and competitions worldwide, where she continues to inspire and help professionals grow in their careers.
As the owner of the beauty salon and academy House of Lashes and Brows, Jolita has successfully built a thriving business that has earned significant recognition within the beauty community in Yorkshire, UK. Her work has been featured in Lash Inc. UK magazine as well as Lash Me in Poland, including Lash Inc. Ireland.
Currently, Jolita devotes her main focus to nurturing the growth and development of her talented team while elevating the lash salon business to new heights. At the same time, she embraces her role as a dedicated mother of two.
She is also the proud owner of a beauty academy where she and her team provides professional training in lashes, brows, and waxing.
