Answers to the most common Questions
How long does it take for my profile to go live?
Once submitted, profiles are reviewed before going live. This usually happens within a short timeframe, but it may take a little longer during busy periods. You’ll be notified once your profile is live.
Can I edit my profile after publishing?
Yes, you can update your profile at any time through your dashboard. It’s recommended to keep your information, images and services up to date to maintain visibility and accuracy.
What does verified mean and how do I get verified?
Verified means we have checked key details on your profile, including your insurance and at least one qualification, and confirmed your business is legitimate and operating within the industry.
To become verified, you’ll need to upload the required documents through your profile. Once reviewed and approved, your profile will be marked as verified.
