Pre-care Advice
Avoid a heavy meal just before your appointment and try to arrive with a few minutes to settle. Let us know about any health conditions, recent injuries or if you are pregnant so your treatment can be tailored safely.
After-care Advice
Drink plenty of water afterwards, take things gently and allow yourself some quiet time. Any feelings of deep relaxation or tiredness are completely normal and soon pass.
