Pre-care Advice
Remove any existing nail polish if possible, or let us know so it can be removed for you. Avoid cutting cuticles beforehand, and mention any nail concerns, skin conditions or allergies at your appointment.
After-care Advice
Moisturise hands, feet and cuticles regularly and wear gloves for cleaning or gardening. If gel is applied, avoid prolonged soaking, use cuticle oil, and book professional removal rather than picking product off.

Not suitable on infected, damaged or lifting nails, fungal infections, open wounds or inflamed skin. Diabetes, circulatory conditions and some skin conditions may require adaptation or GP guidance, assessed at consultation.
Side Effects & Risks
Manicures and pedicures are very low risk. Occasionally mild sensitivity can occur; improper removal of gel at home is the main cause of nail damage, so professional removal is recommended.
