Suitable for clients with chronic muscle tension, postural issues, sports-related tightness or stress-related muscular discomfort. Not suitable during acute injury, fever or certain health conditions.

Expected Results

Significant reduction in muscle tension and discomfort, improved range of movement, better posture and a feeling of greater ease and mobility.

Pre-care Advice

Arrive hydrated and avoid a large meal immediately beforehand. Inform your therapist of any injuries, recent surgeries or health conditions.

After-care Advice

Drink plenty of water. Some muscle soreness the following day is normal. Avoid strenuous physical activity for 24 hours.

Downtime & Recovery

None, though mild muscle soreness may be experienced the following day.

Acute injuries, inflammation, fever, deep vein thrombosis, osteoporosis, certain cardiovascular conditions, blood thinning medications and pregnancy.

Side Effects & Risks

Temporary muscle soreness or fatigue following treatment, which typically resolves within 24 to 48 hours.
