Pre-care Advice
Try to arrive a few minutes early so you can settle. Avoid a heavy meal or alcohol just before, stay hydrated, and let us know about any health conditions, allergies or areas you would like us to focus on or avoid.
After-care Advice
Drink plenty of water, rest where you can and avoid alcohol and strenuous activity for the rest of the day to get the most from your treatment. Give yourself a little quiet time to enjoy the calm.
