Braiding
Braiding is a styling technique in which sections of hair are interlaced into patterns such as box braids, cornrows, knotless braids, fishtails or feed-in styles, often with synthetic or human-hair extensions added for length, thickness or a protective finish. It is one of the most versatile ways to wear textured, curly or straight hair, and a well-installed style can look neat for several weeks while tucking your natural hair away from daily heat and friction. Braiding itself is low-risk and non-medical, but the way it is done matters a great deal.
