I am a performance driven highly skilled business-minded professional, with an extensive professional background that has excelled globally in a variety of senior positions in beauty consultancy, training, expert witness, examination invigilator and practice. My passion combined with strong brand knowledge and market expertise is identifying and ensuring the satisfaction of a broad range of dynamic industry standards and significantly enhancing a company by motivating employees and dramatically increasing performance with influential strategic decisions. I also enjoy training individuals and developing successful collaboration to form a high functioning, world-class team.

Has worked in the beauty industry for over 40 years, in the areas of beauty, spa, sports, nails, holistic therapy, and medical aesthetics.

Kim is a highly qualified and accomplished consultant, senior beauty and holistic therapist, trainer, lecturer, expert witness, international examiner, and Non-Executive Director and advisor to industry boards in education and business and holds a BA in Business and Enterprise (distinction).

Kim is a well-developed networker of contacts in the UK and globally and used her experience and knowledge to develop and deliver practices and procedures to exceed business and industry standards, with a wealth of experience in global markets, steadfastly professional and meticulous by nature.

Kim has developed her knowledge and experience through working in her own business for large international corporations and small national companies, completing a successful tenure as chairman for an international awarding organisation and beauty insurance companies.

Additionally, Kim has examined, and assessed, EQA, EPA, and IQA and taught in private, Further Education colleges, both in the UK and globally.

Kim has extensive experience working in the UK, European, and global markets, in salons, spas, FMCG, and educational establishments traveling around the world, working in over 50 countries and 150 cities. This has given her a wealth of experience in the beauty, aesthetics, and business industry, working with different cultures, nationalities, and educational systems and liaising with educational and government departments.

Every year since Kim has been qualified in the industry, Kim has continued her professional development by going back to work at the ground floor level as a temp, and as a mobile aesthetics and beauty specialist in her business named Just Entre-Nous (just between us) this allows her to stay grounded and current on what is happening in the industry, enabling her to give clear guidance and support across the industry.

Kim also studies a new qualification or updates an existing qualification to ensure that the information, skills, and knowledge that she passes on to others is correct and current.
