Ex-therapist, ex-salon and spa owner, lead consultant and CEO for beauty brands with meaning - I launched digital luxury beauty brands Glossybox, Ruuby and BaoBox. Best known for working with startups and turnarounds, developing them into global brands who become market leaders in their category!

E'SPA was one of my first (and I was the first employee!), followed by The Portman Ritz-Carlton (China), The Refinery (London), San Sugat (Dubai), Gems (Dubai), Refine Skincare line, Kimia (UK), e:GO (California) and turnarounds Crabtree & Evelyn (London), Aveda (London), and Prismologie (Kuwait). In total, I've worked with over 5,000 brands!

I founded the Thrive Hive digital learning platform and we work with industry professionals from wellness, fitness, spa, nails, hair and beauty backgrounds to develop their story, stake their territory and grow a global, 7-figure digital brand!

My passion is to help other beauty professionals to achieve their wildest dreams. I help them through mentoring - because that's what I wished when I was in their shoes as an up-and-coming young industry professional. There was no-one there to take me seriously in my 20s and help me to grow and develop. But that is the perfect time to start. In fact, any age is the perfect time to start.
