Pre-care Advice
Avoid strong active ingredients such as retinol or acids and any exfoliation for a few days beforehand. Arrive with clean skin where possible and let us know about any recent treatments or changes to your skin.
After-care Advice
Keep skin hydrated and protected with SPF, and avoid heavy makeup, saunas and strenuous exercise for the rest of the day. Follow the home-care advice your esthetician gives you for the best results.
Downtime & Recovery
Little to no downtime. Skin may look slightly flushed immediately afterwards, usually settling within a few hours.
