Why I Created This Bootcamp

We were passionate about our craft, and somewhere along the way we became marketers, bookkeepers, social media managers, and therapists too.

It’s because running a successful business now means juggling dozens of moving parts and that gets overwhelming fast.

I’ve been in the hair and beauty industry for over 28 years.
I’ve owned a successful salon for 14 of those, picked up over 30 industry awards, and built two platforms that now rank at the top of Google.

I’ve taught in classrooms, judged national awards, mentored professionals, and seen every side of this industry the inspiring and the frustrating.

But most importantly, I’ve been where you are.
