The Judges in these categories are some of the finest in the world. With such a wealth of knowledge.

Players create a case study of their client over 8 weeks, demonstrating this skill and knowledge to reach the finals. Once a finalist each player is interviewed by a panel of esteemed judges to try and take home a trophy.

The skin titles are highly sought over to win as they can truly change your life.

Kelly Wolcott

Award-winning, licensed esthetician, Kelly Wolcott is passionate about granting a beautiful WISH: achieving Wildly Intense Skin Health. With over two decades at the forefront of the professional skincare industry, she is an entrepreneur, a student, an educator and a mentor.

Kelly developed two highly successful skincare salons and takes special pride in mentoring other estheticians in her employ. Her business success can be attributed to creating custom treatments by utilizing the most advanced cosmetic formulations and aesthetic technologies to maximize client results while offering carefully selected retail product lines. Her clients voted her “Best Esthetician” in 2016 and 2017 for Gwinnett Magazine.

Her impressive achievements would not be possible without a relentless pursuit of knowledge. Kelly is a self-professed education junkie, which has driven her to obtain numerous certifications and to continually seek out new learning experiences such as:

Brooke Kennedy i

Brooke Kennedy is a dedicated Master Esthetician with a passion for both her craft and her community. She is the proud owner of Suite B Hair & Skin Lounge, a renowned establishment nestled in the heart of Issaquah, Washington. Her unwavering commitment to excellence has earned her and her team prestigious awards and accolades.

Notably, in 2023, Suite B Hair & Skin Lounge was honored as the “Best in the Pacific Northwest” for their exceptional waxing services by the Seattle Times. Their reign of excellence continued with consecutive victories in the “Best of Issaquah” awards, securing recognition for their outstanding Spa & Hair Services, as well as their impeccable Customer Service, for two consecutive years.

Brooke’s leadership extends beyond the walls of her salon. She takes immense pride in guiding her team and serving as a skin revision therapist and sugarist. Her devotion to the local community is unmistakable, and she channels her efforts towards sustainability, actively seeking ways to reduce the carbon footprint of her salon company.

In the competitive world of esthetics, Brooke has proven herself as a force to be reckoned with. Since 2019, she has been an integral part of The Skin Games, consistently pushing the boundaries of her expertise. Her impressive track record includes winning the Holistic category three years in a row, as well as claiming top honors in the Acne and Open categories. Together with her partner, Alma, Brooke also triumphed at The Skin Boss Mastermind event in Las Vegas.

As she continues to leave her mark on the world of esthetics, Brooke Kennedy now takes on the role of a judge at this year’s Skin Games. She eagerly anticipates this opportunity to give back to the organization that she holds dear and that has played a significant role in her professional journey. Aggie Singh

Aggie Singh, a distinguished cosmetologist, graduated in 2004 from a premier cosmetology college in Poland with a focus on dermatology. After moving to the UK, she opened her first skincare clinic in Cleethorpes, specializing in treating complex skin conditions such as melasma, compromised skin barrier, acne, and rosacea. A testament to her expertise, she was awarded Aesthetician of the Year at The Skin Games 2023/24. Committed to continuous education, Aggie regularly undertakes advanced skincare courses and attends symposiums, while also supporting beauty brands at professional events, solidifying her status as a leader in the skincare industry. Faith Yanez

Tiffany A. Roy

Tiffany A. Roy is a married mother of two children and has been an Esthetician for over 14 years. She began her career in the medical field after high school, working for nearly 10 years as a CNA, medical coder and insurance specialist, and activity director. Her passion has always been to help others feel good about themselves, so she decided to pursue a career in skin and attended Aveda Institute to become an Esthetician. She has been in business for 14 years and continues to further her education with new and innovative techniques for skin services. She looks for new ideas or services to add to her portfolio of current services on a yearly basis.

Jessica Cooley

Jessica Cooley is an international award-winning Esthetician and Licensed Esthetics Instructor in Columbia, South Carolina. She is the owner of Layers: Skin Journey in Lexington, SC and the founder and CEO of Skin Wand Pro. Jessica holds multiple advanced certifications in the medical esthetics world. She started her journey as a military spouse and mom of 2 and never had the chance to follow her passion until the Cooley family was able to move to Prosperity, SC. Once out of advanced esthetics school, she enrolled in an oncology esthetics class that took her to Atlanta, GA. Jessica believes that, we as Estheticians, form bonds with the whole person and not just the surface of their skins. Jessica’s credentials are unmatched! She is Oncology Esthetics trained and has been published in multiple beauty and lifestyle magazines for her work and expertise

Robin Lee

Robin has 32 years in the Esthetics industry specializing in micro-current therapy and Clayton Shagal skincare. After finishing esthetics school in 1991, she started her career working with a dermatologist in Columbia, SC. Two years later, she opened her own practice. Robin built an incredible anti-aging business using the combination of Clayton Shagal with microcurrent therapy, LED and microdermabrasion. During these years, she was an educator and trainer for different microcurrent companies and enjoyed mentoring other estheticians that were seeking to add alternative therapies into their own practice. After she trained her protégé to take over her loyal clientele, Robin retired from practicing esthetics. She has first-hand experience in what it takes to build a successful long-term business in the industry, and a great understanding of the challenges facing solo estheticians. In 2021, with over 30 years’ experience selling Clayton Shagal within her own practice, she was honored to be asked to distribute this line in the U.S. and train estheticians in Clayton Shagal protocols. With compassion, knowledge and experience Robin has mentored many estheticians throughout the years and continues to enjoy training and guiding aspiring estheticians to experience the same success she found in the esthetics industry.

Jessica Johnson

Jessica Johnson is an esteemed esthetician, permanent makeup artist, educator, and entrepreneur with a decade of experience in the beauty industry. Founder of Living Beautifully Spa, Academy, and Permanent Jewelry businesses, Jessica offers a wide array of services to her clients and students.

After graduating with honors from the Capital School of Esthetics Omaha in 2010, she worked as a medical esthetician at a prestigious Med Spa. By 2015, she established her own spa, Living Beautifully Spa in Omaha, which rapidly became a leading local beauty establishment. Jessica also offers advanced continuing education courses to licensed professionals, reinforcing her commitment to education.

Jessica specializes in anti-aging treatments and sun-damaged skin repair, guiding clients to invest in long-term skin health. She expanded her skills in 2017 by venturing into permanent makeup or cosmetic tattoo artistry, earning multiple certifications.

Her dedication to her craft was recognized in 2022 when she won second place in the Master Permanent Makeup category at The Skin Games International Competition. Now serving as an expert judge for the competition, Jessica continues to share her expertise with industry peers.

Beyond her professional life, Jessica advocates for those dealing with domestic abuse and mental health issues through volunteer work. A pageant winner and fitness enthusiast, she also enjoys crafting beadwork jewelry inspired by her Native American heritage in her spare time.

Alison O’Neil

Alison O’Neil, a L’Oreal Paris Women of Worth honoree, is a pioneering figure in Medical Esthetics and Aesthetic Rehabilitation with over 35 years of experience. She is a partner in Biotechnology Business Solutions, identifying unique products and ingredients for the cosmetic and personal care industries. O’Neil has a B.S. degree in Mental Health and Human Services with an advanced specialization in The Psychology of Appearance and Clinical Skin Care.

As the founder of the first Dermatologic Rehabilitation Clinic at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, she has an active practice serving patients aged 8 to 108. She has spoken at numerous professional organizations and is a noted expert on WebMD and national media.

O’Neil served on the editorial board of Progressive Clinical Insights and has contributed to several publications. She served on the Georgia State and National Cosmetology board of Examiners, contributing significantly to the National Exam in Esthetics.

O’Neil is also the founder of the Beauty Becomes You™ Foundation, confronting social isolation in seniors and preventing Failure to Thrive Syndrome. Her foundation has served over 5000 seniors with over 15,000 in-kind services. O’Neil’s charity also launched the Circles of Light initiative, facilitating meaningful communication between volunteers and seniors.

She is the founder and president of Senior Select Seal, a certification that tests and certifies packages and products for ease of use for seniors and those with disabilities.

Jordyn Warren

Jordyn is a licensed Cosmetologist & Aesthetician with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She has worked in many different spa settings including day spas, salons, acne clinics, wellness centers, a hospital & now her own studio. She became a solo Aesthetician in 2017 when she opened Jordyn Warren Esthetics, a skin & wellness studio focused on holistic skin healing modalities.

She has special certifications in acne treatment, non-surgical skin tightening, body contouring, and waxing. Jordyn is also an Oncology-trained Aesthetician through Oncology Spa Solutions and has worked with the non-profit, Looking & Feeling Fab inc since it’s infancy where she has the privilege of providing soothing skin treatments to cancer patients & survivors.

Elizabeth MacKenzie

Elizabeth MacKenzie is a well-established aesthetician with almost 13 years of experience in the industry. She is known for her integrative approach that combines modern and holistic techniques to offer a wide range of services. Her expertise has been honed through working in various settings, including day spas, resort spas, and med spas. In addition, MacKenzie has owned two businesses and mentored numerous individuals in the industry.

She feels honored to be able to give back to the field that has given her so much and to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends. Her involvement in the industry demonstrates her commitment to the ongoing development and success of esthetics.

MacKenzie has a passion for helping her clients look and feel their best. Her integrative approach to aesthetics draws on her extensive knowledge of both modern and holistic techniques. MacKenzie’s dedication to her craft has made her a respected figure in the industry, and her involvement as a TSG judge highlights her ongoing commitment to advancing the field.

Lyn Ross

Lyn is a skincare icon and successful entrepreneur that has created the Institut’ DERMed Method of innovative ingredients, practical techniques and easy to follow treatment processes for visible skincare results so you “love your skin when you look in the mirror”.

Lyn came up with the idea of developing her own skincare line based on her own experience of not feeling good about herself after struggling with acne skin as a teenager and on into adulthood.

Destiny would lead Lyn to becoming one of the first licensed estheticians in the United States, opening her Institut’ DERMed Spa in Atlanta in1989 – The very first MedSpa in the Southeastern United States.

Lyn has helped women, men and teens overcome skin conditions like acne, rosacea, and sunspots, using her non-prescription medical-grade skincare brand.

Lyn’s vision also included providing training on her advanced treatments and products to support other spa owners and estheticians.

She founded the Institut’ DERMed College of Advanced Aesthetics, an Esthetician Training Center for licensed skin care professionals.

Lyn’s vision now includes a premier MedSpa in Atlanta, Georgia, the Institut’ DERMed Clinical Skincare product brand, and an advanced training facility for skincare professionals.

Therese Mathisen

Owner & founder of Skincare by us and GLOW Stockholm

Meet award winning Therese “Tess” Mathisen from Sweden. She is a licensed Cidesco esthetician, who has been active for more than two decades. Her career started at Steiner cruise ships, building global knowledge within different massage techniques, sales and management. Becoming a solo practitioner before expanding to what now is one of Stockholms more high end salons. Since owning the exclusive rights for Circadia, G.M Collin, DermaplanePRO och Dermalux LED, Tess spends most of her time coaching other salons in treatment tactics, retail and product knowledge.
Today she is a highly requested instructor, lecturer and influencer within her field. She is a board member for one of Sweden Cidesco Shool and has for the last two years, won Best professional Product within SHR, the Swedish Trade Association for estheticians. Besides her highly professional knowledge she is a passionate and innovative person, always ahead, as a great inspiration for others.

Lynn Laporte

Lynn Laporte has a diverse background in skincare, holistic healing, and customer service. Lynn is a licensed esthetician, esthetics instructor, reiki master teacher, nationally certified reflexologist, and shamanic practitioner. Lynn’s path was inspired by her personal struggle with sensitive, reactive skin, which led her to explore skincare ingredients and ultimately find her calling in the skincare and wellness industry.
Lynn is currently working on her Nutritional Aesthetics certification with Rachael Pontillo and is enrolled in the Color Code Training Certification.
Outside of her professional life, Lynn enjoys living on a small farm in Massachusetts with her husband, dog, 2 horses and chickens. Lynn has two sons and two grandchildren.
Lynn had the unique experience of being an extra in the movie “The Finest Hours,” which was filmed in her home state of Massachusetts on Cape Cod, written by a childhood friend.
Lynn’s passion for helping people live longer stronger in body, mind, and spirit shines through her diverse skill set and holistic approach to wellness and skincare.

Melissa Charter

My name is Melissa Charter and I am currently a Business Development Manager for Repechage. I have my esthetics license from both Massachusetts and Connecticut.

My love for skincare ignited when I was an at-home consultant working in the beauty industry. In 2011, I decided to attend esthetics school and became a Licensed Esthetician. Once school was finished, I opened my own small business, and worked as a skin specialist until 2020. During that time, I also taught at Paul Mitchell The School North Haven, participated in The Skin Games for two consecutive years, and took multiple skincare and makeup classes to continue my education. My most recent experience was working as a model for Pearls and Camo where I truly enjoyed being creative with the clothing designer and photographer on set, as well as helping other models prepare their skin for the photoshoot.

I have been passionate about esthetics since I received my very first facial on a cruise and always wanted to work in the beauty industry. I strive to continuously learn, evolve, and grow both personally as well as professionally. My goal for this role is to provide extraordinary support to the participants while becoming a valuable esthetician in The Skin Games community.

David Valenzuela

As the Founder of WISH Skin Health, David has played a pivotal role in the brand’s remarkable growth. WISH Skin Health has earned a reputation for producing cutting-edge acne focused education, acne safe skincare products that prioritize microbiome health and sustainability. David has spent over two decades in executive leadership roles for profoundly successful brands Aveda, dermalogica, CosMedix and Face Reality. His Industry perspective is truly one-of-a-kind.

David initiated National Esthetician Day in 2016 and expressed his enthusiasm about being a judge for The Skin Games, saying, “I’m delighted to share my insights and experiences with the passionate professionals attending The Skin Games in 2025! In these rapidly evolving times, staying at the forefront of sustained acne treatment within the esthetics industry is crucial, this event provides the perfect platform for that.”

David has overseen formulation and development for many of the top selling products in the esthetics industry for multiple brands. He continues his passion for continuing education with a focus on cosmetic chemistry.

Nadya Vanderhoff

Nadya, an esthetician, educator, and business owner with over 20 years of experience, is thrilled to be part of this community. She recently launched her own skincare product line under her business, Nadya’s Specialized Skincare.

Her expertise has been acknowledged with multiple accolades. In 2017 and 2018, she received the Lira Clinical awards for Best Anti-Aging Results and Best Brightening Results, respectively. Moreover, she has had the honor of being a Skin Games finalist.

Nadya’s passion for skincare continually drives her to expand her knowledge and skills, which she eagerly imparts to her students.

Outside of her professional life, Nadya enjoys reading classic literature, maintaining her vegetable garden, and dancing the Argentine Tango in her spare time.

Nichelle Mosley

Based in California and North Carolina. With a focus on WholePerson wellness, Nichelle utilizes evidence-based corneotherapy and social-emotional learning to address root causes and provide sustainable solutions. She is the founder of The Skin Barrier Academy, which empowers educators to enhance their own well-being as well as their students and school communities.
Nichelle is an author, having published her first book ‘Advanced Ayurvedic Face Mapping’ in 2022. She is a regular contributor and columnist for Dermascope Magazine and has written articles for O! Magazine. Nichelle is the Managing Director for Fearless Beauties-Specializing in treating all skin with confidence, an ambassador for Dermascope, and an editor for Milady! Nichelle is Co Host on the Fearless Beauties Podcast • leaders in inclusivity! Where they talk to estheticians, skincare professionals and beauty industry owners on tactical career tips, mindset, professional skill development, and ultimately how we can create a better beauty industry together.

Julie Stubler

Julie Stubler, a 39-year industry professional and owner of the award-winning Skin Solutions MedSpa, is a licensed teacher, skin care professional and certified laser technician. Her expertise spans teen acne, anti-aging techniques, laser hair removal, and micro-needling. Julie has developed a unique post-graduation mentoring program, ‘Aesthe-Prentice’ (AP for short), offering hands-on guidance for beauty and medical professionals in the esthetician and medical aesthetic space. In addition, Julie created an internship program for high school students interested in pursuing a career in esthetics. Her commitment to education and mentorship is evident in her work. Julie’s personal life is marked by a loving partnership with her husband, Brian, of 35 years. Together, they have four children, three of whom have followed in their parents’ footsteps in the service industry. Maddie Holmes

Maddie Holmes is a licensed esthetician specializing in acne clearing, scarring, and hyperpigmentation correction. Maddie has a global clientele and has mastered the art of clearing acne through her virtual acne program with customized skincare and home care routine recommendations. Knowing precisely what changes are required throughout the clearing process and Maddie’s ability to keep clients moving forward through the difficult ups and downs of the program is all part of the magic that gets consistent client transformations.

Maddie also owns 2 skincare spas, Oceren Skincare in Orange County, CA and Mixi Skincare in Plano, TX where she currently resides and sees in person clients. She has released her own brand of skincare to bring more options to the acne care space and looks forward to releasing her full line of products for acne clearing and pigmentation solutions. She is passionate about clearing acne without the use of harsh drugs and truly loves working with her clients and seeing their life changing results.

Andrea McCollough

Andrea Monique, the driving force behind AM Aesthetics Permanent Makeup & Skincare in Denver, brings over a decade of expertise to The Skin Games judging panel. As a seasoned aesthetician specializing in permanent makeup, scalp microneedling, and advanced skincare, Andrea is committed to helping clients feel confident and radiant. Beyond her technical skills, Andrea is a dedicated mentor to fellow business professionals and actively promotes a positive mindset in the beauty industry. Her passion for empowering others extends to her volunteer work with the Women’s Bean Project, where she supports women in building sustainable careers. Andrea’s blend of professional expertise and authentic charm makes her a valuable judge at The Skin Games, where she is excited to celebrate the artistry and dedication of beauty professionals.

Angel Flener

Celebrating her 20th year in the Medical Aesthetics industry, Angel M. Flener is an award-winning Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Educator in Arizona and Hawaii.

Angel’s journey began in 2005 in the Aesthetics Industry began with makeup artistry at MAC Cosmetics. Soon after, she graduated from the National Laser Institute of Scottsdale, opened “The Skin Coach”, and never looked back! This venture, inspired by the skincare needs of her four daughters, is dedicated to providing both affordable and effective skincare for all. The Skin Coach has been recognized as a “Neighborhood Fave” on the Nextdoor App. More recently, she was named one of the “50 over 50” Women Business owners in her area for work with those who cannot afford ongoing skincare treatments. This program is affectionately known as “Angel’s Ohana”

As an educator, Angel has developed progressive curriculums for several Arizona schools, providing junior aestheticians with valuable stepping-stones to success. She has also proudly served as a product trainer for Hale and Hush Sensitive skincare and currently acts as an Ambassador for a leading stem-cell based product line.

When not in the treatment room, Angel is the owner of the Aesthetic Apprenticeship Collective (AAC), which debuted at The Skin Games’ Spa Tank. The AAC is a concierge service, pairing seasoned aestheticians with those needing mentorship to perfect their skills and learning through apprenticeship means.

Angel has received awards at The Skin Games in 2022/23 and 2023/24, including 1st place in the Open Medical category. Her most humbling recognition was receiving an award for her works of compassion in the “Compassion” category ( 22/23) . She is honored to serve as a Judge this year!

Angel is married and lives in Mesa, AZ with her Husband Jeff and Rottweiler puppy, Lilo!

Martha Miller

Introducing Martha Miller, a seasoned esthetician since 2000. With her initial license from the prestigious Christine Valmy school in NJ, Martha brings a wealth of experience from her collaborations with top plastic surgeons and dermatologists. As the proud owner of a thriving solo esthetician practice and training center, she passionately mentors estheticians, nurses, and cosmetologists. Martha’s dedication to esthetics education is unwavering, driven by her belief that “Education is the key to transforming good estheticians into great ones

Chelsea Ausland

Chelsea Renae Ausland is an award-winning paramedical esthetician and makeup artist. Chelsea was first licensed in Florida 14 years ago and has since moved back to Michigan with her husband and three daughters. In 2018 with the help of her partner, she opened Harvey House Salon, a full service salon and spa located in a historic 120-year-old mansion in Paw Paw, Michigan.

Angela Eklow

From a young age, Angela developed an interest in cosmetics and skincare. However, a severe skin condition at 18 that left her with significant facial swelling and blisters sparked her fascination with skin functions and dysfunctions. With 35 years in the industry and an insatiable passion for skin education, she has turned her early interest into a nearly obsessive pursuit of skincare knowledge.

Angela’s diverse career includes managing high-end establishments in London and a five-year stint on cruise ships, where she met her husband. Despite the challenges of starting a skin clinic 23 years ago in a foreign language without a client base, she now runs a successful business specializing in advanced skin transformations.

In 2020, Angela took a bold step outside her comfort zone to represent Circadia Sweden in The Skin Games. She won the Compromised Skin category, secured second place in the Open category, and was a finalist in Age Management. In 2021, she achieved third place in the Compromised category.

Angela wishes all competitors in this prestigious competition the best of luck. She believes that the hard work invested will yield rewards that elevate one’s professional profile and are well worth the effort. She encourages everyone to “Go smash it!”

Debra Adkins

Debra Adkins, also known as ” The Crunchy Esthetician,” a name given to her by her peers, is a Licensed Asthetician, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner,Health Coach, Certified Dermaplane Pro trainer, Account manager for Bio Repeel and owner of Sage Medical Spa.She has worked with some of the most Elite master trainers from Europe teaching Fibroblasting.

Sage Medical is a very unique practice that brings together the best of holistic skincare and holistic health practices with the most cutting edge aesthetic medical procedures while never compromising on their clients health. Debra has trained hundreds of astheticians in various modalities with one goal in mind, to elevate the amazing industry of aesthetics. Debra is a 3 time award winner in the skin games. Debra has developed her own MD skincare line “Sage MD Skin Science” and is currently working on a holistic line “SAGE Pure”.

Sophia Wixson

Sophia, an experienced esthetician since 2008, is passionate about skincare and dedicated to providing customized skin treatments that enhance clients’ well-being. Believing that self-care is essential, Sophia continuously educates herself to offer the best services as the industry evolves.

Sophia started her skin care clinic in 2016 and continues to grow her business with new technologies and treatments. She is a solo business owner and wears all the hats to run her business. She is an entrepreneur with goals of expanding and creating her own brand of products.

She enjoys making connections and communicating with other professionals and learning from each other. She also treasures the connections with her clients and learns from them as well.

She was a participant in the 2023/24 Skin Games, making it to the final 10 in Age Management, Hyperpigmentation, and Medical. She had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to see what the talented estheticians do this year.

I’m a group expert for Skin Professionals UK, a contributing columnist for Salon Education Journal and a speaker at Professional Beauty exhibition.

I am insured & verified with BABTAC, licensed by FDC to carry out electrolysis & ear / nose piercing & all certification hangs proudly in the treatment room.
