Serious Business is a yearly beauty industry conference run by Neill that has been going for over 26 years. It is aimed at salon and spa owners, managers and team leaders, though anyone can attend. Keynotes and breakouts cover leadership, business and personal growth. The 2027 theme is Distinguish Signal from Noise.
