BCAM Conference 2027 – The UK's Annual Meeting for Doctors in Aesthetic Medicine
The British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM) holds an annual conference for doctors and medically qualified professionals working in aesthetic medicine. The 2027 dates are to be confirmed — the 2026 conference was held on 2 May in London. Please check the BCAM website for confirmed dates and registration.
BCAM is the UK's professional body for doctors practising aesthetic medicine, and its annual conference is deliberately clinical in focus. Rather than a trade exhibition with education attached, it is a medical meeting: peer-led, evidence-based and centred on standards of practice.
What's on the Programme
The agenda typically features clinical lectures from practising aesthetic physicians, case-based discussion, and updates on complications management and patient safety. Sessions frequently address the evolving regulatory picture in the UK — including licensing, prescribing responsibilities, remote prescribing and advertising standards — alongside the ethics of practice and appropriate patient selection.
Peer discussion is a significant part of the day, giving members the chance to debate difficult cases, share outcomes and hear how colleagues are handling emerging techniques and products. The College also uses the conference to update members on its own guidance, standards and advocacy work.
Who Should Attend
The conference is aimed at BCAM members and medically qualified aesthetic practitioners — doctors and, where relevant, other registered medical professionals working in the field. It is best suited to those seeking rigorous clinical content and CPD rather than a product-focused trade show, and to practitioners who want to stay current with UK regulation and standards.
